Celebrate Spring with Mary Jane's Cooking School
8th Annual Garden Party Fundraiser!
Saturday, May 27, 2017   10 am to 4 pm
Spring is a wonderful time of year when everything blooms after a long winter nap! Our gardens are yearning for some seedlings and you can get them at Mary Jane's Cooking School 8th Annual Garden Party Fundraiser!
JUST Community Market Co-op and Prairie Flora will be selling heirloom vegetables, annual and perennial herbs, cottage annuals and prairie wildflowers and grasses!
Browse our vendor tables at the 'Artisan Market' while listening to some local music at our All Ages Drop-in Open Mic! If you like what you hear, why not toss a few coins into the flower pot! These artists will be graciously donating their talent throughout the day and all proceeds will be donated to the school.
Enjoy some tasty nutritious snacks and refreshments prepared by Mary Jane and the volunteers at the school.
Attend a workshop on building shelters for native bees, growing mushrooms or home sprouting. Stay tuned for more details!
This is a family-friendly event. We'll have a kids' activity table set up and face painting too!
Let's not forget the door prize! You can buy as many tickets as you want!
